New Boat Builds

Get the boat you want with custom boat building

Do you need a special purpose boat or have boat plans ready to go? We can build to existing plans if they have been professionally drafted. Professional boat building allows you to have some input into aesthetics and design practicalities.

We can help you find a suitable boat plan, or we can work with professional boat plans

We can build power boats up to 40 feet (12m) in length and sailing vessels up to 30 feet (just over 9m). On request we can offer boat building for larger vessels.

We can build boats from fibreglass, timber, and/or steel using traditional and modern methods. Traditional methods of boat building include a method called carvel which were how 15-17th century boats were constructed from timber, producing smooth seems from end to end. Another traditional method of boat construction is the clinker method which is typically quicker because timber planks do not have their thickness shaped. Modern composite methods use the latest materials for strength and durability.

Find out more about how we can help you with new boat builds at our FAQ page.

Along with new boat builds, we also have a range of Services available for vessels of all sizes including jet skis.
